Sentosa Cove and Quayside Isle Around Marina Collection

Marina Collection lies on Cove Drive, the road that wraps around the marina at the heart of Sentosa Cove. This guide looks at the waterfront community around it: the marina club next door, the restaurants of Quayside Isle across the water and the conveniences of Cove Village.

The Marina at the Door of Marina Collection

Sentosa Cove is the residential district at the eastern end of Sentosa island, a place of waterfront houses on small islands and canals, low condominiums and berths for boats. The developer’s 2015 fact sheet describes it as Singapore’s only residential district with an adjoining leisure boating marina containing berths for mega-yachts, and places Marina Collection as the only residential site fronting that marina.

The ONE°15 Marina club, at 11 Cove Drive, is about 300 metres from the site in a straight line on OneMap. It runs the marina’s berths and its clubhouse restaurants, and its yachts are the view from the promenade of Marina Collection. The developer’s brochure describes 40 private berths on the development’s own waterfront.

Quayside Isle near Marina Collection

Quayside Isle, at 31 Ocean Way, is a waterfront strip of restaurants, cafes and shops facing the cove, about 530 metres from the site. The current fact sheet lists it as the place for waterfront dining and retail, and its terraces look back across the berths towards Cove Drive.

Cove Village and Daily Needs near Marina Collection

For everyday shopping, the current fact sheet points to Cove Village, with a supermarket and conveniences, and notes that the Sentosa shuttle runs from Cove Village to VivoCity on the mainland. Larger shopping trips lead across the Sentosa Gateway to VivoCity and HarbourFront Centre.

Living on the Water at Marina Collection

The development is designed around the marina. Its three blocks curve along the waterfront, the gardens and pools open towards the berths, and a docking station on the site plan links the grounds to the water.
