Artist’s impressionMarina Collection was developed by Lippo Marina Collection Pte Ltd, a company of the Lippo Group, and designed by Architects 61 Pte Ltd. It received its Temporary Occupation Permit on 11 March 2011.
The Company Behind Marina Collection
The current fact sheet describes the Lippo Group as a multinational conglomerate with a strong presence in Singapore’s real estate sector. Its Singapore residential portfolio includes The Holland Collection and Newton One, alongside Marina Collection at Sentosa Cove; the Chinese edition of the developer’s fact sheet gives the company as 力宝有限公司.
The developing company named on every fact sheet is Lippo Marina Collection Pte Ltd, and the developer’s 2015 fact sheet introduces the project as Marina Collection developed by Lippo, on Sentosa Island’s waterfront within the quayside community of Sentosa Cove.

Marina Collection Design Team
Architects 61 Pte Ltd is the architect of Marina Collection. Founded in 1974, the practice has worked with international design consultants on One Raffles Quay, Ocean Financial Centre, Asia Square Tower 1 and 2 and Marina Bay Financial Centre, and in Sentosa on Cape Royale, Seascape and The Coast, according to the current fact sheet.
The developer’s brochure describes the design as inspired by the Mediterranean spirit of prosperity, abundance and success: white terraced blocks with glass-edged balconies, a waterfront promenade along the berths, and penthouses that end in open attic decks with pools of their own.
The Site of Marina Collection
The site at 13, 15 and 17 Cove Drive is held on a 99-year lease from 3 January 2007, and the developer’s 2015 fact sheet gives its area as 22,222.20 square metres. The development was completed in 2011, when the Temporary Occupation Permit was issued on 11 March.
