Marina Collection in Brief

Marina Collection occupies a long crescent of land on Cove Drive, at the point where the houses of Sentosa Cove meet the berths of its marina. Its three blocks follow the curve of the water: Block 13 runs along one side of the site, and Blocks 15 and 17 bend around the other, so that the pools, the lawns and the clubhouse lie in the open space between them, facing the marina.

Each block has four storeys. The ground storey holds garden homes with private enclosed spaces, the second and third storeys hold full-floor-plate apartments, and the fourth storey holds duplex penthouses whose attic levels open onto their own pools. The developer’s brochure calls the result a Mediterranean-inspired setting on pristine cruising grounds.

Marina Collection Homes, Facilities and Setting

The 124 homes run from the 1,873 sq ft three-bedroom Type A to the 4,693 sq ft six-bedroom penthouse Type Cp, across 13 layouts. The floor plan page shows each layout, and the elevation chart page places every type by block, stack and storey.
