Marina Collection at a Glance

Marina Collection is a completed residential development of 124 homes on a waterfront site of 22,222.2 square metres at 13, 15 and 17 Cove Drive, Sentosa Cove. It was developed by Lippo Marina Collection Pte Ltd, a company of the Lippo Group, and designed by Architects 61; the Temporary Occupation Permit was issued on 11 March 2011. The developer’s fact sheet describes it as the only residential site fronting the marina.

The brochure takes its cue from the Mediterranean: white terraced blocks, deep balconies edged in glass, and gardens and pools that run down to the promenade along the berths. Buyers search for it as the Marina Collection condo, The Marina Collection or Marina Collection Sentosa Cove, and every variant leads to this address. The project details page has every particular.

The three blocks are low-rise by design. Each has four storeys, ground-floor homes open onto private enclosed spaces, and the top storey is given over to duplex penthouses whose attic levels carry their own pools. A private lift serves every home, and the basement car park holds 153 lots, according to the developer’s fact sheet.

The Homes at Marina Collection

The 124 homes of Marina Collection are large by any measure: the smallest, the three-bedroom Type A, has 1,873 sq ft. Block 13, the longest, holds four-bedroom homes in stacks 01 to 13, with garden homes on the ground storey and penthouses on the fourth. Blocks 15 and 17 follow the curve of the water with three-bedroom homes in their middle stacks and four-bedroom homes with a studio at their ends.

Homes on the ground storey open onto a private enclosed space, and five of them, the corner Type Bg2 and the four Type Cg homes with a studio, add a pool of their own. The 31 penthouses on the fourth storey are duplexes laid out over two levels, and each attic opens onto a pool deck of its own above the gardens. A private lift brings residents straight into every home, according to the developer’s fact sheet.

The floor plan page shows the developer’s plan for every type, and the elevation chart places each type by block, stack and storey.

Inside a Marina Collection Home

The developer’s brochure lists names that match the setting: Agape bathtubs, SieMatic kitchens, Gaggenau kitchen appliances and Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware. Natural marble runs from the private lift lobby through the foyer, the living and the dining rooms, and the bedrooms are floored in timber, according to the specifications.

Because every home at Marina Collection opens from its own lift, arrival is private: the lift lobby is part of the home. Living rooms and the master bedroom are cooled by ducted air-conditioning, and in the penthouses ducting reaches every bedroom and the master lounge. The project details page carries the full list.
