Marina Collection Pools and Clubhouse
The 50-metre lap pool is the centrepiece of the grounds, with a leisure pool, a wading pool of about ten metres for children and a jacuzzi beside it, and a pool deck for loungers. A lily pond, a lawn and an outdoor terrace soften the landscape between the blocks, and a BBQ terrace and a playground serve families.
The clubhouse holds a gymnasium and a multi-purpose hall, with shower and changing rooms below, and residents reach it with a proximity card. Beyond the gardens, the docking station on the marina edge links the grounds to the water, and the developer’s brochure describes 40 private berths on the waterfront.
Marina Collection Penthouse Attic Pools
All 31 penthouses on the fourth storey are duplexes with an attic level, and each attic carries a pool and a sun deck of its own; the developer’s 2015 fact sheet lists them as the lap pools at the penthouse attics. On the ground storey, the corner Type Bg2 and the four Type Cg homes also have private pools within their enclosed spaces.
The attic decks look out over the berths of the marina, the gardens and the rooftops of Sentosa Cove. The floor plans show both levels of every penthouse layout.
Around Marina Collection
The ONE°15 Marina club is about 300 metres away along Cove Drive in a straight line on OneMap, and Quayside Isle, with its waterfront restaurants, about 530 metres. Sentosa Golf Club, home of the Serapong and Tanjong courses, is about 1.1 kilometres away, and Tanjong Beach about the same distance.
The current fact sheet adds Cove Village, with a supermarket and conveniences, and further along the island Palawan and Siloso beaches and Resorts World Sentosa, with Universal Studios Singapore about 2.3 kilometres away.
